Valcambi congratulates its partner CI Anexpo for the recognition received for its commitment during the COVID-19 pandemic and its contribution to the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
This recognition was awarded by the Colombian Ministry of Mines and Energy, the National Mining Agency and the National Agency for Hydrocarbons (Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos) during a ceremony that awarded
"Significant experiences of social and environmental management in the mining and energy sector".
Anexpo is a Colombian gold aggregator with whom Valcambi has joined forces to develop responsible value chains that provide traditional artisanal gold panners and small-scale mines from Colombia’s poorest regions a stable access to international markets under favourable conditions.
Valcambi looks forward to further developing innovative initiatives with ANEXPO in 2021.
